About the Role
As a Social Media Junior Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting the development and execution of social media strategies for the organization. Working under the supervision of the Social Media Manager, you will contribute to the creation of engaging content, manage social media accounts, analyze performance metrics, and assist in the implementation of marketing campaigns. This role requires a combination of creativity, analytical skills, and a solid understanding of social media platforms.
1. Content Creation:
Assist in the creation of compelling and shareable content for various social media platforms, including text, image, and video content. Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment with overall marketing objectives.
2. Social Media Management:
Monitor and manage the organization's social media accounts on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc. Schedule and publish content across platforms, considering optimal posting times and audience engagement.
3. Community Engagement:
Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
Foster positive relationships with followers and influencers to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
4. Campaign Support:
Assist in the development and execution of social media marketing campaigns.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of social media activities with broader marketing initiatives.
5. Analytics and Reporting:
Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools.
Provide regular reports on key metrics, insights, and recommendations for improvement.
6. Trend Monitoring:
Stay abreast of industry trends and changes in social media platforms.
Provide recommendations for incorporating new trends and features into the social media strategy.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Previous experience (internships included) in social media management or digital marketing is a plus.
Familiarity with major social media platforms and their best practices.
Basic understanding of analytics tools to measure social media performance.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
